Kathryn Thomas is an artist living in Bristol who is originally from Hertfordshire. Her Portfolio is extensive and she has exhibited all over Britain. Kathryn has won a series of awards and has work held on permanent exhibition throughout the country. She works in oil on linen.

Statement:

"Through painting I attempt to create an image which seems different each time you look at it - whether this depends on your changing mood or perspective. Through this changing image I want you to be able to conjure up an atmosphere or a feeling from your own experience, so that it involves you.

On a more universal level, I would hope that the viewer may become more aware of the power of Nature and see things simply and for what they are - realising the fleeting relationship with our planet ."
